Two day tour in the vineyards of cognac to discover and appreciate the “Elixir of gods”. Spend a unique moment to uncover cognac’s mysteries .
Day 1:
Pick-up at Angouleme train station
Transfer through the beautiful Charente valley (with guided stops)
Arrival at the luxury guest house
Aperitif tasting hour in traditional distillery close to the accommodation
French speciality dinner (with locally sourced ingredients)
Finishing with special old Pineaus and Cognac Tasting
Day 2:
Breakfast
The tour begins from your guest house with an English speaking guide
Visit to a Traditional barrel factory
Lunch in a traditional restaurant in the vineyard region
Visit with a producer and distiller of 1er cru cognacs (Includes a 3O year old and more cognac tasting)
Tour in the vineyard with discussion on the terroir, local history, the Norman churches…
Transfer back to Angouleme train station
