The active participation of everyone whatever their cooking experience,
A small group, from 5 to 8 participants,
A location : a family kitchen where professional tools and equipments are banned,
A Chef, both a professional cook and a professional trainer
Recipe worksheets, tools, ingredients and... aprons are made available to all.
Arrival by 8.30am : welcome coffee,
Until 0.30pm : cooking course,
By 1.00pm : lunch and tasting of the prepared courses, drinks included
